  • Steenburg Lake is located near the village of Coe Hill just west of Hwy. 64 in Hastings County Ontario
  • co-ordinates: Lat.44° 49′ 33″ Long. 77° 40′ 52″
  • water levels are governed by a dam on the northeast end of the lake and is managed by the Crowe Valley Conservation Authority
  • the lake consists of several basins with water reaching maximum depths of 66′
  • the lake has had a reputation for good large and smallmouth bass fishing
  • it has been regularly stocked with splake which provides a good winter ice fishery
  • there is a public access point on the northeast side of the lake off of Steenburg Lake Road
